About Goomby Designs
Goomby Designs creates original artwork and designs that are printed on demand through trusted production partners. Because each item is made specifically for your order, production and fulfillment may take longer than mass-produced retail products.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order has been placed, it begins processing quickly. Because our products are custom made, orders generally cannot be changed or canceled after production has begun.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability.
Product Information
We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor or mobile device settings.
Because products are individually printed, slight variations in placement, color, and appearance are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.
Production & Shipping
Production times vary by product and demand.
Estimated shipping times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Goomby Designs.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Since all products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Buyer's remorse
- Color differences caused by monitor settings
- Minor variations inherent in the printing process
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, graphics, designs, logos, photographs, and website content are the intellectual property of Goomby Designs unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use this website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality.
- Copy or misuse our artwork or designs.
- Submit false or fraudulent information.
Limitation of Liability
